It is now well understood that certain water-soluble compounds act as indicators of food to the aquatic animals. The water -soluble compounds reach the chemoreceptors of the aquatic animal sand signal the presence of food.
The animals identify the location of the food and move towards it. Once they begin consuming the meal, they are further activated by the stimulants to continue fast consumption of the meal until the animal reaches satiation. Feed attractants and stimulants are important in aquatic animal feeding because feed placed in water leaches out water soluble nutrients and fast consumption of feed increases the efficiency of nutrient delivery. Various free amino acids and other nitrogenous compounds are considered as attractants and stimulants for aquatic animals.

DESCRIPTION
Aqua Savor is a research based formulation composed of soluble principles that attract and stimulate the taste buds of aquatic animals. Aqua Savor helps to improve consumption of feed low in natural attractants, under poor environmental conditions (low temperature, high/low salinity, disease and other stressors) and mask palatability of feed additives (vitamins, minerals, probiotics, binders, etc.).

Aqua Savor is composed of extracts of a natural attractant, 17 free amino acids and other nitrogenous compounds along with free-flow and anti-caking agents.

APPLICATION & USAGE RATES
Mix Aqua Savor directly into mixer before pelleting or extrusion, or use as a top coating directly on the feed.

APPEARANCE
Aqua Savor is a fine brown powder with a distinct marine protein smell.

STABILITY
Aqua Savor is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture.

STORAGE
Aqua Savor should be stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Keep the container closed when not in use.
