The OptiBreaker has been optimised in respect of yield, clean albumen, minimum whole egg and high dry matter in yolk. In addition, operating cost has been brought down to an absolute minimum with focus on few operators and low maintenance. The OptiBreaker is compact in its design which makes it easy to adapt into an existing breaking room.
