Each Modular Feed Processing (MFP) System from Easy Automation is developed as the result of careful analysis of your feed processing requirements, your business plan, projected feed volumes and feed options. These will determine the choices you make in putting together your personal MFP system. The MFP allows you to select up to 32 main ingredient controls and up to 28 micro controls. If you include a micro-ingredient section, it has its own separate scale system for greater accuracy. You can include up to 28 micro-ingredients per recipe and transfer them to the main scale either by an auger with a flush or a belt conveyor with a cleaning brush. The heart of the MFP system is the controller. It stores information for recipes and directs the rest of the system to automatically load, weigh, grind, mix and unload your ingredients as a finished ration. Because it is modular, the MFP has the added advantage of being easily expandable. As your needs change, you have the option of adding to your system--instead of replacing it.
