In order to isolate the vitamin C from its external environment, embedding technology is employed to give it a double coating. This effectively counters the problem of vitamin C being easily oxidised when in contact with water. With the vitamin C elements in feed being kept stable and not being oxidised, it significantly raises the biological efficacy of vitamin C and reduces feed cost.
