DigeGrain α is produced by controlled fermentation of Aspargilus Niger . It hydrolyses the terminal α-D-galactose moiety from galactoside oligosaccharides, glycoproteins, glycolipids and other galactose-containing molecules, releasing galactose and glucose in a variety of feed ingredients.
