Pegabind® Dry is an advanced-generation, synthetic, long thermo reactive pellet binder that forms durable feed pellets with exceptional water stability at low inclusion levels.

COMPOSITION

Pegabind® Dry is a synergistic combination of modified urea formaldehyde resin and catalyzing agents along with free-flow and anti caking agents.

INCLUSION LEVELS

Pegabind® Dry is recommended at the rate of 2.0 – 8.0 kg per tonne of feed depending on feed formulation and processing conditions. Low levels of natural binders in formulation, short conditioning time and large grind size would require higher amounts of Pegabind® Dry.

APPLICATION & USAGE RATES

Pegabind® Dry is recommended to be added directly into the Mixer. For best results, ensure accurate addition and thorough mixing of the product.

APPEARANCE

Pegabind® Dry is a white hygroscopic powder with a mild odor. Change in color of the product does not affect its performance.

AUTHORIZATION

The ingredients of Pegabind® Dry are approved for sale and use in animal feeds by AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials). Pegabind® Dry has no residual effect or withdrawal periods.

STABILITY

Pegabind® Dry is stable for 12 months from the date of manufacture.

STORAGE

Pegabind® Dry should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep the container closed when not in use. Pegbind® Dry is highly hygroscopic in nature and hence proper storage precautions are necessary.

PRESENTATION

Pegabind® Dry is available in 25 kg (55lb) heat sealed PE bags.

COMPATIBILITY

Pegabind® Dry is compatible for use with all commonly used feed ingredients and premixes.
