TOXY-NIL is a broad spectrum toxin-inactivator that incorporates multi-processed adsorbent agents, fermentation complex and esterified glucomannans, which act together in controlling and eliminating mycotoxins. TOXY-NIL also contains organic acids to inhibit mould spore germination and prevent further mycotoxin production, and contains chelators to reduce undesired activities of free radicals.

Multi-Preparation Processing of the adsorption agent in TOXY-NIL is developed to:

- Specific selection & combination of 3 types of binding agents for "optimal adsorption" -channel structures
- Hydrogen-peroxide-treatment to remove organic material
- Separation of silt from the effective binding agents by decantation & centrifugation
- Heat treatment (700-800°C) to maximise captivation capacity
- Acid treatment: to remove carbonates and hydroxyl-groups (no micro/macro-mineral adsorption)
- Precise granulation and folding structures for optimal adsorption and high-ratio efficacy
